Restocking Fees

Unopened products: No restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Opened, unused products in like-new condition, with all original packaging and accessories: Up to 10% restocking fee.
Installed or used products in like-new condition: Up to 10% restocking fee.
Products returned with missing accessories, damaged packaging, or signs of wear: Additional restocking fees may apply, or the return may be declined.
Kaleidescape (unopened): 10%
Kaleidescape (open-box, if accepted): 30%

Restocking fees cover the costs of handling, inspection, and repackaging. No fees apply if we shipped the wrong item or it arrived defective.
