JVC D-ILA Projector Warranty
Standard coverage:A 3-year parts and labor warranty is provided for all D-ILA projectors purchased from an authorized JVC dealer.
Advanced replacement:During the first year of ownership, an advanced replacement program is included for new, qualifying models, such as the NZ-series. This ensures minimal downtime if a defect occurs.
Proof of purchase:A dated sales receipt or invoice is required to validate the warranty. Keep this document in a safe place.
Authorized dealer requirement:The full warranty is only valid for products purchased from authorized JVC dealers in the United States. JVC will not honor warranties on counterfeit products or those purchased from unauthorized resellers, such as certain online marketplaces.
Service process:
